Recreational sailing and boating are becoming increasingly popular in Spain this year, with boat sales far exceeding the levels seen in 2019, before the pandemic.
According to the figures, released by the General Directorate of the Merchant Marine, there was a 30% increase in pleasure boat registrations in the first quarter of this year, compared to the same period in 2020, which also poses a 14.56% increase compared to 2019.
