General Insurance

Most Spanish policies are automatically renewed each year. We will notify you well in advance of the renewal date of your premium for the following year. If you have taken out insurance with an insurer that does NOT renew automatically, we will write to you well in advance of the renewal date and send you the renewal terms.

Automobile Insurance Claims

Yes, we are happy to respect your no-claims bonus entitlement that you enjoyed with your previous insurer (even in the case of overseas insurers). All you need to do is to have the discount you enjoyed with them certified.

If the damage to your vehicle is so severe that repair is not feasible, then your insurer will make a settlement proposal based on the replacement value of your vehicle just prior to the loss. A vehicle will be considered irreparable when the cost of repair exceeds 80-85% of the value of the vehicle.
