At Op de Beeck & Worth we offer our clients comprehensive policies with broad coverage, which can be tailored to each clients requirements, including;

Damage to the vessel: the policy covers both partial and total physical and accidental loss of the insured boat up to the insured value as described in the Particular Conditions. 

Civil liability: the policy covers the Obligatory Third Party liability up to the amount indicated in the policy for:

• Damage to other people, boats or property
• Legal costs
• Removal of wreckage
• Liability for pollution

Personal effects:  personal effects are covered up to the sum specified in the Particular Conditions when these are on board the boat or in transit to it. Unspecified insured  individual items up to €,5000 are covered up to the sum specified in the Particular Conditions

Medical expenses: up to the amount indicated in the Particular Conditions, including bodily injury resulting from an accident during boarding, on board or when disembarking from the insured vessel

Auxiliary vessels: cover for lifeboats, auxiliary craft and their outboard motors.

Regattas are not covered in the standard policy but can be included if you take out additional cover, that we can arrange for you. Check with us for further details.
